Our Pledge to You! Credit and background check on all prospective tenants. Pictures of your property before AND after each change of tenant. Perform move in, move out inspections of your property before AND after each change of tenant. Require that each tenant put utilities in this name (as applicable). Periodically check on your property and tenant through tenancy period to ensure protection of your asset(s). Maintenance as provided and approved by the signed Property Management agreement in order to maintain the integrity of your valuable asset(s). Check with you for anything other than emergency or routine repairs (as defined and agreed to in Property Management Agreement) prior to ordering. Communicate with YOU and your tenant throughout the term of agreement/contract period.
